FAQ

Do you accept insurance?

Our office policy is direct patient pay only. Dr. Keiser is not in network with any insurance carriers. However, if you would like we can provide you with a super bill, which includes diagnostic procedure codes that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Do you have a list of close accommodations for out-of-town patients?

Yes!  We have a list of close hotels and accommodations (some that even provide discounts to our patients) that we would be happy to provide you with. Claire will help ensure your travels to the Great Lakes State are as smooth as possible.

How do I find out if I am a good candidate for care?

What does Treatment look like?

Learn MoreTreatment is highly individualized and the exact protocol is based on the neurological examination. It may consist of vestibular rehabilitation, myofascial therapy, chiropractic manipulations, specific eye training exercises, cognitive training, occupational therapy, multi-axis rotational therapy, tilt table therapy, sensory motor integration therapy, laser therapy, physiotherapy, strength, speed and/or agility training...the list goes on!  The therapies are all non-invasive and non-pharmaceutical but influence changes in your brain.

How does this compare to traditional neurology?

Unlike traditional neurology, we take a functional and non-pharmacological approach in our analysis and treatment. We leverage the natural plasticity of the brain to promote effective rehabilitation through targeted therapies. Dr. Keiser explains in more detail in the video below.
